OK so i had another busy day at work. I didnt eat the reccommened amount . I didnt eat a morning fruit, I overcooked my fish for lunch and i am not a fish eater anyway so I threw it away and just ate my zuccinni and melba snack crackers. I didnt feel hungry when afternoon snack came around so i skipped it and went straight to dinner. Those chicken tacos are to die for!! I love them! I did drink a 0 everything flavored sparkling water so I hope that dosent screw me up. total lost so far 22.6 pounds
