Yesterday was an important day for me I finally broke the 200 pound mark!. A mini goal for this weight loss adventure! I started this diet weighing 226 pounds. Yesterday I woke up and my morning weigh in was 199.0 I was soo excited!
So today I woke up hoping to see some more loss but I am feeling heavy and I know I am retaining water cause my feet hurt and my fingers are stiff. I also had a cheat yesterday while we were out I had lunch at .... really you dont want to know... taco bell. I had the fiesta taco salad with no beans,rice, or sourcream and no tortilla shell bowl with a diet pepsi. Dinner was a canned chicken salad with the walden farms mayo which is actually pretty good! The peanut butter has a lot to be desired but I am happy to have thewalden farms brand mayo, caramel& chocolate dips, ceasar,italian,and bacon ranch dressings, Oh and the bbq sauce all of which I really like. I have the alfredo sauce in the fridge i havent tried yet but what i am really wanting to try is the scampi sauce! Ok so i am off subject! I havent went to the bathroom or moved around alot yet so that sometimes affects my morning weigh in so I better get moving so i can take my official weighin results LOL
